Don't get me wrong, PhpMyAdmin is by far the best webbased tool there is, but those themes look just terrible. You can do so much more with CSS/Html and still keep it fast and simple... "Making a phpmyadmin theme that rocks your socks off" is one of the things on my "todolist before I die" :) In my opinion, those other themes are not much of an improvement.
