Windows: set PATH environment variable

1. Right-click My computer
2. Click Properties
3. Click the Advanced tab
4. Click Environment Variables button
5. Under System variables click Path then click Edit button
   
6. On the Variable value field add a semi-colon if there’s none then add the path to where your program is.
7. You’re done.
